The hotel was fairly clean with big rooms and very friendly staff. The location was favourable, in the middle of jackson, convenient to go everywhere.

There were a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator in the modern room. Courtyard view was a good bonus.

A cable TV with on-demand movies, TV, and a microwave oven inside the studio suite were handy. The staff was helpful and very amiable and responsive to what we asked for. Great and exceptionally nice location in the middle of jackson was a plus.

Hotel's location was top and amazing, in the middle of jackson. Had brunch in the Rock & Brews, located nearby. The room was new-fashioned, with GOOD facilities.

A safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven were available in our suite. Pleased it had a bathtub. The staff was helpful and very amiable, took good care of everyone

My small children and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. Its location was marvellous and exceptionally nice in the middle of jackson. The room was modern and big and offered a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. Overlooked courtyard.

Convenient location close to local attractions and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the well-maintained rooms and fresh linens. Our favorite aspect was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of tasty options.

Our experience was marred by a few negative factors. The room had limited outlets and malfunctioning USB chargers, making it difficult to charge our devices.

This hotel has an advantageous location, with many things to do nearby, such as family entertainment and shopping centers. The rooms are clean, and the suites are perfect for families, with two TV options and a king bed in one room and a fold-out couch in the other. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers good facilities that cater to families with small children.

One thing to note is that the pool may not always be open, despite what you were told over the phone.

The suite at Homewood Suites was perfect for my family. With a separate room for the king bed and a fold-out couch in the other, it was ideal for us and our small children. The location was also great, with Grandscape just a short drive away for family entertainment. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful inside, and the staff was phenomenal.
